A month ago, I kicked off my order for a comforter. I chatted with their crew and was super pleased with how they treated me. They kept me in the loop about all the different steps in making it. Last night, I took it for a spin and was really satisfied with the item.

Earlier this summer, I got myself a top quilt for hammocks from UGQ, and I’m super pleased with both the item (just arrived today) and the service. Because of the pandemic this summer, the production time took a bit longer than normal, but they were upfront about the lead time on their website.

I had a few small questions before I placed my order, and they responded really quickly. I was also impressed that they kept me in the loop when the production of my quilt kicked off, so I had a rough idea of when it would show up. Plus, they sent me updates when it shipped out a couple of days later.

Overall, it was a really nice experience, and I can’t wait for the weather to cool down a bit so I can start using the quilt. It’s soft, fluffy, and really well crafted.
